Are you familiar with the West Jefferson Hills Historical Society? As a 501(c)(3) domestic nonprofit, it is a local gem whose mission is to locate, document, and preserve the stories, sites, documents, photographs, and artifacts of historical significance in the West Elizabeth, Jefferson Hills, and Pleasant Hills areas. In addition to maintaining an archive of the history of the area, WJHHS provides the community with entertaining and enlightening monthly programs, publishes a quarterly newsletter and local history booklets, and helps members research family and/or local history.
